Parent or guardian should call or email the attendance office to report an absence, same as above.

The student should:

1. Email their mentor ASAP before the internship is due to start to inform them of the absence or a late arrival -- always cc'ing their advisor & Casey, and
2. In the internship's window on the ImBlaze homepage or app, go to "More Actions" and select "Mark as Absent."
