Prom Chaperones Needed - May 29

Hi Gibson Ek parents,

The GEHS Dance & Event Planning Club is preparing for their upcoming PROM, and we are looking for approximately 5 parent chaperones to help on May 29 at Pickering Barn.

Volunteer time options:

• 5:30–10:00 pm – full setup and cleanup
• 7:00–9:00 pm – during the dance only

While the dance itself is for juniors and seniors, parents of students in all grade levels are welcome to volunteer. PROM is one of our most important ASB events, and chaperone responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring entrances, exits, and students
• Assisting at the snack/drink table
• Helping with setup and cleanup

If you are interested and approved to chaperone, please reach out to Phil McGilton (mcgiltonp@gibsonek.org) as soon as possible so we can keep an accurate record of volunteers.
