Juniors - Register for the SAT on March 13 at Gibson Ek

On Thursday, March 13, 2025, all 11th-grade students have the opportunity to take the SAT exam at Gibson Ek. This exam is optional. Students who are interested need to register by Friday, February 21. To register, log in to Pay Online on the Gibson Ek website (under “Portals”). Payment will automatically register your student.

Date: Thursday, March 13

Time: 8:50 a.m. - noon

Location: Gibson Ek campus. Testing rooms will be posted on the day of testing.

Registration Deadline: Friday, February 21

For extra practice, students can use Khan Academy’s SAT course or download CollegeBoard’s Bluebook application for official practice tests. 

SAT scores are used by some universities in their admissions process. For other schools, test schools are optional or not considered at all. The College Board (who administers the SAT) recommends that students who are going to test do so in the spring of their junior year and fall of their senior year.

The SAT is digital, so students will need access to a computer with the College Board Bluebook application. Students should contact Lena Tsaoussis if they will need to borrow a device on testing day.
